The Faculty Advancement Core Program is an 8-session program that provides a full set of tools and strategies to improve your productivity and work-life balance. Over the course of 3 months, you will receive multiple strategies for several topics and projects of your choosing. At the end of the program, you will have:

  • New skills that increase productivity

  • Moved forward projects and tasks that actually matter to your career

  • New tools that target work-life balance and prevent burnout

This program can be done at any time during the year, but can be particularly useful at the start of the semester or a grant.

The faculty advancement collaborative

The Faculty Advancement Collaborative is a 3-month virtual group coaching program that meets weekly for the first month and biweekly for the second and third month. You will gain new strategies for increased productivity and work-life balance with a community of other faculty, providing the opportunity to develop a supportive professional network at the same time.
